1. Users' Personal Information

a. Collection of Users' Personal Information:

We collect the following information during the KYC and investment process:

  • Name
  • Contact Details (Email ID, Mobile No.)
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN)
  • Demographic information (gender, income)
  • Nationality, Additional KYC details
  • Tax status
  • Bank account details and Payment details(e.g., UPI ID)
  • Picture
  • Self-attested documents

We collect the following information for Loan against an insurance policy

  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Soft copies of insurance policy document
  • Aadhar card
  • PAN card
  • Photo
  • Cancelled Cheque/Passbook

b. What we do with the information we gather: We require this information for the following purposes:

  • Conducting Know-Your-Customer registration as required by regulatory bodies.
  • Performing compliance checks and maintaining internal records. We store your Name, PAN, mobile number, Tax Status. We avail the services of AMC (ICICI Prudential) and KYC Service Provider (Signzy) for KYC and do not store additional details.
  • Documents uploaded for lending services are necessary for eligibility checks and to access a loan, and these will be shared with our lending partners. Our Loan against an LIC Policy service is offered in partnership with Bajaj Finserv in association with LIC of India.
  • Improving our products and services.
  • Sending relevant messages to your registered WhatsApp number.

2. Data Sharing: We may share clients'/investors' information with the following parties, as necessary for our business operations:

  • KYC service provider, Asset Management Company (AMC), Registrar & Transfer Agent(s) (RTA), Banks, or authorized third parties/intermediaries.
  • Regulatory/administrative/legislative authorities for compliance with legal requirements.
  • Service providers with confidentiality provisions and security practices.
  • Lending Partners: Bajaj Finserv in association with Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India.

3. Security: We treat your personal information as private and confidential. We implement stringent security measures and adhere to industry best practices. While we take steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. How Your Information is Transmitted and Stored: We transmit and store your information using HTTPS protocol for encryption. We use third-party web analytics service providers, such as Google Analytics, to analyze and customize our services.

5. Retention of Personal Information: We retain your Personal Information as long as required for the purpose it was collected, complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights. We delete information once its purpose is fulfilled or no longer needed.

6. Use of this Site by Minors: This site is not intended for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
